How long have you been in the oil change industry? How did you first get involved?
I have had the pleasure of working in the Quick Lube/Oil Change for the last 10 years. I started my career back in 2009 when I joined a small, family owned and operated supplier, S&E Distributors (Steve & Erica East). As Director of Sales I was mentored and trained on the values and focus of Service, Quality, Delivery, Partnership and above all, a We Care attitude.
Tell us about your business.
BS Products is a new, full line, "One Stop Shop" supplier and distributor of Filters, Fluids, Additives, Tools, Wipers, Equipment, Service Supplies & Shop Supplies. What do you enjoy most about this line of work?
The open bay door and freedom to build life-long friendships and partnerships through shared success and adversity.
What are some of the biggest challenges of running your business?
Providing a forefront of inventory for new vehicle applications that changes daily. Hiring and training staff that embraces our culture and values. Implementing and executing processes and procedures that insure both retention and development.
In your free time, what do you do for fun?
Free time lol what's that?? When we are not chasing one of our three kids through out the state or country for a baseball or soccer tournament you can find me either on the golf course, mountain, lake or just relaxing with family and friends.
